All products sold on this website are digital downloads (PDF files). No physical items are shipped.

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a digital file has been purchased and access has been granted (including download links), we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once downloading or streaming has begun, provided the customer has agreed to this.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the download has been made available.

2. Exceptions

We will provide support or a replacement file if:
